Cloud or On Premise?
No doubt a cloud solution is future but maybe it is not for all kind of business.

It is important for you that you are aware of which version your ERP supplier installs for you; it is always best to use the latest version. If you choose a Cloud solution from Microsoft, your system will be updated automatically based on the plan that has been created.
